Adding Apprendly RolePlays to Axonify

Apprendly RolePlays can be seamlessly integrated into your Axonify learning experience using SCORM.

SCORM Integration (Recommended for Progress Tracking)

Axonify supports SCORM content, allowing you to track learner progress and completion of Apprendly RolePlays directly within your Axonify reports.

Create Your RolePlay: If you haven’t already, create the desired RolePlay within the Apprendly platform.
Access Your Dashboard: Navigate to your Apprendly dashboard.
Download the SCORM Package: Locate the RolePlay you wish to embed. Click the “Share” button and select “Download SCORM.”
Upload to Axonify:
- Log in to your Axonify platform as an administrator.
- Navigate to the “Content Studio” or the section for adding new content.
- Look for an option to upload SCORM packages or “external content” (the exact wording may vary based on your Axonify configuration).
- Upload the downloaded ZIP file.
- Configure any necessary settings within Axonify, such as associating it with a program, knowledge zone, or assigning it to specific users/groups.
Test the RolePlay: Launch the RolePlay from within Axonify to ensure it functions correctly and that progress is being tracked.
